Veterinarians – Of the required 10 hours, 6 must be Scientific and a maximum of 4 hours can be Non-Scientific (such as Communication Skills, Medical Record Keeping, Stress Management or Practice Management)

Veterinary Technicians – Of the required 5 hours, 3 must be Scientific and a maximum of 1 hour can be Non-Scientific (such as Communication Skills, Medical Record Keeping, Stress Management or Practice Management)
