45 hours every 3 years

SPECIFIC REQUIRED COURSES
Opioid Prescribing – The number of CE credits required to fulfill New York’s controlled substance education requirement is 2. Any online course that focuses on the use, misuse, documentation, safeguarding and prescribing of controlled substances will satisfy the requirement.
